FOUNDED ON A FEELING.
"CANIC" is short for the term "caniculares," meaning dog days of summer. Everyone knows these days as hot and boring, but without such days growing up, I would have never picked up a camera in the first place.
Nothing was ever planned during this time, so we had to rely on our imagination to keep us busy. The best ideas and the most fun days of my life came from this static period. Filming home movies, gas station runs, making up random games, and many more out-of-the-box concepts brought life to the dog days of summer.

We attempt to bring every one of these imaginations to life because at our principle, there is no idea that is impossible to create. Warmth, light, nostalgia, and connection are just a few of the feelings we believe are reflected in the content we create.
The pursuit of these feelings for us is a year-round endeavor. Not taking it too seriously and just creating for the fun of it makes content on the feed stand the test of time and stick with an audience.
